Here’s how. For this to work, you’ll need to use a local Windows 10 account rather than a Microsoft one linked to your email address. To make sure you’re doing this, click Start, then click your account picture in the Start pane and “Change account settings.”

In the new window, click “Sign in with a local account instead” and follow the instructions. Next, from your Windows 10 desktop, press Win + R, then type netplwizin the run box. This will open the User Accounts window. From this window, select the username corresponding to the one you don’t want to use with a login screen. It will most likely be the main account (under the group “Administrators”).

With the account selected (highlighted blue), uncheck the box above that says: “Users must enter a username and password to use this account.” Finally, click OK. That’s it! You should now be able to skip the login screen and log in to Windows 10 immediately. To reenable the login screen, you just have to follow the same steps but check the box “Users must enter a username and password to use this account.” Alternatively, switching your local account back to the Microsoft account will also reenable the login screen.
